Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your nqood account and all data associated with it.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open nqood and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed.

Option 2 — Request by email

Send an email from the address registered on your account to:

Request account deletion

Include your registered email and the subject “Delete my nqood account”. We verify ownership of the email before deleting.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, login credentials).
• All budgeting content: transactions, wallets/payment methods, categories, partners, financial goals and rules, and scheduled/recurring payments.
• Usage and diagnostic data linked to your account.

Voice audio is never retained, so there is nothing to delete there.

Timing

Account data is removed from our active systems immediately (and within 30 days at the latest). Routine encrypted backups are rotated out on their normal cycle.
